Ksenia Zukova, lesson 3, 19 November

Ingredients
     pork - 400-500 g,
     onions - 3-4 pieces,
     cheese - 200-300 g,
     Mayonnaise - 400 g
     freshly ground pepper,
     salt
     greens
1.Meat wash, dry and cut across the grain on layers, a thickness of ~ 1 cm
Each layer of the meat well discourage, salt and pepper.
Peel and chop the onion rings or half rings.
Cheese grate.



2.On a greased baking sheet lay out the meat.
From the top, the meat, put the onion (not too thick).


3. Drizzle the meat with mayonnaise.

4. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Bake for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
Meat ready to brew about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs.
